Just an oil and filter change. Nothing big. Brent Brown Toyota has a great service package of 3 oil changes, tire rotations, and even a safety/emissions test for only $99. Fantastic bargain. I'll be getting another package in September when it is time to renew my registration.
Shane the parts guy was just spectacular, in ordering specialty parts for my truck to make it individually mine. I felt like everybody bent over backwards for me. The service department was superb.

The service was great. They got my truck taken care of in the time that was stated. John helped me find a deal on tires and was able to find some rims to replace my damaged ones. The overall experience was good.
While I can go anywhere for service, I choose Brent Brown. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and don't pressure me into services I can do on my own (wiper blades, filters, etc.) My only complaint is that on more than one occasion I've had to wait an extended period of time after my service was done. Once it was 45 minutes! I know people get busy and other customers require the service adviser's attention, but maybe it would be a better system to have whoever brings over the paperwork call the customer to let them know their vehicle is ready.
Performed the service work and advised me where to go to get my oil gauge fixed so it would be covered by insurance I purchased
