Took my 2018 Camry in for the 10k service. Oil change and tires rotated. Brent Brown is getting busier, but the service department works hard to be personable. They texted with progress of my car’s appointment. It was quick and easy.
Everything got taken care of, emissions, got my new stickers right at the dealership, they even did a walkthrough of what they checked. Was pretty cool to see what was going on under the hood. I've always serviced my car at BB since I purchased it and have had smooth sailing from the get go.

Casandra was efficient in getting my car in for regular maintenance and getting me back on the road as soon as possible. She also took the time to talk over some general concerns I had about tires and other issues. Casandra is great to work with.

Great job. My car was in and out in an hour. No was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me that my filters need changed. It is nice to know what I need done on my car ahead of time. I' know my next visit will include filter changes.
They gave me a inspection within 1 day.Had me take my time to figure out what I should do.Due to age of car the amount was not worth fixing .
Came in for periodic maintenance, and in addition asked for my headlights to be cleaned. The cleaning would take some time, for Joel suggested I take the shuttle, which worked out very well. My wife was thrilled with the "new" car headlights, as the cleaning was well done. Much appreciate the excellent service!

I visited the dealership for service on my 2014 Toyota Camry. From the moment I entered the parking lot I was greeted and directed. Cassandra helped me with service. She was friendly and explained the service in a detailed manner and answered all my questions so that I could understand what had been done and what would need to be done in the future.
