Great customer service. Russell was engaging, friendly and helpful. I appreciated his attentiveness to my service needs and I cannot think of a better customer service person for your dealership.
I came in for an oil change and used one of my 3 oil changes in a package for $99. In and out in an hour. No hassle.
I recently visited Brent Brown Toyota in Orem and was helped by Jon Jones. Jon was super helpful and patient with me as I asked to look at several makes and models of vehicles. I didn't feel the pressure to buy that often accompanies visiting a car dealership. Overall, just a great experience!

It was a quick service and Joseph was excellent in explaining everything and I’m happy I wasn’t being tricked into buying extra services I know I didn’t need at that time. Most places will talk to me like I’m a child and treat me like I don’t know simple things about what I’m buying for my car, but not at Toyota with Joseph. I’ll definitely be coming back.
The service was fast and attentive. I don't recall the name of the shuttle driver, but he was very accommodating too -- as was the other service rep (maybe Moe?) who checked me out since Skyler was occupied with another customer. The 60,000 mile service was pricey at over $700, even with the discount coupon. It would be nice to have a car wash offering with service.

The service was done on time, quickly, and there were no complications or hassle. The workers were friendly, and they did a great job communicating important information.
They found two leakage problems that would have cost me a thousand dollars to fix, but they decided to do a more in-depth diagnostic test first that showed that one of the problems was so minor that it could wait another 20k or 30k miles. They gave me enough details so that I understood the condition of my car, and they saved me over $500 by doing that extra diagnostic test rather than going forward with a repair for a problem that was not yet fully ripe for a repair. I really appreciated that. And they got my car back to me the same day that I took it in.
These guys are pretty helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I’ve been to dealerships before where after a little online research I felt like I knew more about the car then the salesman. I’m currently waiting on a dealer trade so we’ll see if they can deliver.
