I have bought 2 vehicles from Brent Brown Toyota and have always had a great experience. The salesmen are incredibly nice and the managers work with what you can actually do. The service department as a whole is wonderful. They are quick, nice and caring. They get your vehicle in and out as fast as possible with a very thorough inspection. I always feel safe when I leave.
Everything was completed on time and everyone is always friendly to work with...however it would be nice to get a complementary car wash after services.

Buying a car can and usually is a very stressful experience. I was impressed how everyone from sales, financing, and considering my trade in seemed to understand this and made this a positive and happy experience. I offered to pay $1700 dollars to cover a crack in the bumper after we already had a deal. They turned my offer down and said have a Merry Christmas. That was easy money I offered above the agreed purchase price of our new car and value of our trade in. Who would do such a thing? Brent Brown Toyota in Orem is who. Like their commercial says they bend backwards to give a fair deal. Strongly recommend them and ask for Odell.
