We have been in casual contact looking for a new Highlander. Worked with other dealers with no success. Then 10 days ago called to see if they had what we were looking for and bingo there was one coming in. Communicated by phone snd email. Only time we visited the dealership was to pick up the car. They were well organized, ready for us. Our salesman and other personnel we worked with were to notch! Came away with a very positive experience and a new car.

No responses for days, had to call the dealership several times but they wouldn’t follow through or let me bypass my salesman when he wasn’t responding. Missed deadline r of delivery causing stress and difficulty getting the vehicle late the next night when it was finally ready. After all that we didn’t even get all the upgrades we paid for. I’m Toyota for life but will buy from a different dealer next time.

They understood our finance plans and worked with us, making sure not to up sell us on something we couldn't afford. They even adjusted the original price for us.
I was looking all over nationwide for a vehicle with specific features and with the inventory issue impacting all dealerships at this time. I live about 6.5 hours away from this dealership and they have been amazing through this whole process. We were able to do the application and contracts remotely and arrange the pickup of the vehicle with ease. They have given me a great deal on a great vehicle and I am very pleased with the service they provide.
I would rate my experience as a 5, but there weren't any 2021 Siennas on the lot to test drive. The dealership needs to buy a Sienna that they use for test driving and that they don't sell until the next year's model comes out. Spending 50 grand on a vehicle without test driving it is crazy and puts a lot of stress on the customer.
The first sales man didn't listen very well. Kept showing me things I specifically didn't want. Once he gave up and the manager took over it went much better. The process was slow. But not horrible.

This dealer is marking vehicle prices way high like other dealers are doing. As well as offering you a very low price for your trade.

Pleased with my Truck that I purchased and my salesman Kyle was pretty good, but it has been 13 days since I purchased the truck and traded in my previous vehicle and they have yet to pay off my old loan and have dinged my credit and got me charged late fees on a car I no longer own, I've called the finance department four times with no answer or response to my voicemail. I recommended Kyle my salesman to a few friends but with th hassle that the financing has been I kind of want to let my friends to be careful should they choose to go through Kyle and Brent Brown to purchase a Vehicle. Hopefully this gets taken care of soon as interest accrues daily.

I don’t know how the other salesmen work, but if you get Brock, good luck. I was in the market for a 2022 Toyota Rav4 XLE Premium, Brock told me they had one coming in, but that they would charge $4,000 more than the MSRP price because of market adjustments. I told him I wouldn’t do that, and then he called back and said they would only charge $1,000 more. (First red flag) and he asked me to put a $500 deposit on the vehicle. I asked him many times to ensure me that it was fully refundable should I choose to go another route. He said “100% yes, as long as we have not signed any paperwork, we can refund it for the full amount.” So, I agreed and paid the $500 deposit. We planned to come in on Tuesday, 4/5, and I told him I needed to come in Thursday 4/7, because my work wouldn’t let me off early enough. Obviously when you’re in the market for a new vehicle, you have tons of dealerships reaching out to you. And in this case, one reached out to me for the same vehicle for not $1 over the MSRP price, and in the color I actually wanted. (When you’re spending $30K on a car, color matters.) So, I messaged Brock, and advised him I was sorry but I would be going another route. He then called me and asked why. I told him my situation and I ALSO APOLOGIZED. He then said “Well I’ll talk to my finance team and see wether we’ll be able to get your deposit back.”. I said “Um no, you clearly stated that as long as we hadn’t signed any paperwork, the deposit was refundable”. He then said “Well I could’ve sold this car 2 days ago, we held it for you.”. First of all, the market is crazy right now. Just to get a brand new car, you have to wait MONTHS because everyone is trying to buy a car, so I assured him he’d be able to sell the car, but he needs to refund me. I did not raise my tone once, or talk condescendingly. I hope they record the calls, cause I’d love to prove that I was nice. He THEN hangs up on me. I have never written a review. Not once in my life. But this was mind blowing and extremely unprofessional. He then texted me that he’d refund me but that he wouldn’t do business with me again, and when I told him I don’t plan to and told him he was disrespectful he laughed in my face. So, yeah, I don’t know any of there other salesman, but Brock is only out for your money and will NOT ensure you get a fair sale.

I purchased a new RAV 4 Hybrid. To get the vehicle in the color and with the features I wanted, the salesperson worked to make a trade with another dealer for a vehicle in their incoming inventory. When the vehicle arrived and after taking it home, I found the vehicle did not have several features that I had specifically requested along with some with some other issues caused by the vehicle not being as described. Both the salesperson and sales manager were very helpful in resolving all the issues and I now have a vehicle with all features I had requested and a few free upgrades to make up for the mistakes, inconvenience and confusion. Even though mistakes were made, they stepped up, took responsibility and made things right. That’s good customer service!
Minaj was super professional and very personable. He was patient and an advocate for us getting our first car from here, and it has been such an awesome car and experience! Would totally recommend him to friends and family!

I'm new to this whole maintenance thing with cars and was really unsure about what I needed to do and the car service lady I spoke with was really patient and understanding as I tried to explain my needs, She was really helpful and offered me additional tips to help me in my life with cars. I feel like the separate product pieces part of Brent Brown Toyota charges too much and is maybe ripping customers off, but as far as car customer service, I was pleased.

I reserved a vehicle on Brent Brown Toyota's website and spent all day texting with Maddy about a vehicle on the lot. After her help, I decided to purchase it. I made it to the finance round, had my credit pulled, submitted all requested information, only to be told after all that, that the vehicle sold during my purchase process. From what I was told, another salesperson undercut Maddy and sold the vehicle I was purchasing. I’m so confused and disappointed with the process and communication with this dealership. I’d be careful dealing with Brent Brown. It turned out to be a very disappointing experience.

Thoroughly frustrating experience, as their communication was awful and they reneged on initial agreement. Four weeks earlier I'd been promised a certain price, including in writing. But then they bluntly and unapologetically refused to back their own offer when the vehicle arrives. Steven Smith was terrific, but the rest of the team was a nightmare (especially the sales manager, Bruce Barton).

For the most part, it was a god experience. However, I had a number of questions after my purchase but before the car was delivered which I had a frustrating time trying to get ANY response…full mailboxes when I tried to leave a message, or no callbacks when I was promised to have someone call me back, etc. everyone was very pleasant when I did speak with them but it wasn’t the correct person to give me the answers so I would need a callback. Also because the vehicle wasn’t in the inventory, I was a little disappointed in my expectation on vehicle color for exterior and interior. The online picture was totally not adequate in ‘true’ color picturing so I was less than happy when I saw the color in person. Also the process for buying the car prior to delivery was a two week wait with the clock already ticking on the financing without having the vehicle in my possession and the requirement for insurance coverage. I was a little naive on the process and it caused me some concerns after purchase and waiting for the car to be delivered to the dealer for my possession. All the staff I talked with were very respectful but the communication end result was less than stellar. The purchase process for financing was easy but waiting for delivery was not well done.

My wife and I purchased a Toyota Highlander here and we have taken our Toyota's here to get serviced. The service center never has steadily gotten worse and worse. If you wait in the lobby while the car is being serviced, they will never call or come get you when the car is finished like they say they will but that is really just the tip of the iceberg. We've had a million small issues with them but the most recent issue that sealed the deal was an attempt to get a clip replaced in the overhead light console. The clip would cost less than $100 to get fixed but the car had about 22,000 miles in the beginning of 2019 when we first had it looked at so it was still under warranty. For the initial assessment they had us come back three different times in order to see a very specific person who, according to Brent Brown, was the only one who could assess it. Although we were specifically scheduling to speak with a specific tech, the first two times we came in the tech wasn't there! Eventually we were able to get the correct tech to look at it and he concluded that it was a broken clip and it was covered by the warranty. They didn't have the part so they ordered it and said they would call us when it came in in a week or two. They never called so when a month passed, we called back. They told us the part came in but too much time had passed so it was shipped back so they had to reorder and they would call us. They never called so once again we called them and once again they had to reorder the part. This goes on and on and on. We called and stopped by over a dozen times in the span of a year. The story was always the same, you have to talk to this person or that and they're not here, the part was on order, or they were reordering the part. Finally after a year, I went in to get my oil changed so I again talked to the service center about the status of this issue. The part was supposed to be coming in any day by then but the service guy told me there was no record of the part being ordered so he would again reorder it and call us when the part was in! As my warranty expiration was approaching, I was concerned they were giving me the runaround (for a $70 part?!) so I called and complained to Toyota corporate. When Toyota corporate called me back they told me that the service center was now saying the part had already been fixed last November and that this time it would not be covered under warranty because it was their conclusion that the Sunglass holder was being pulled on. This made no sense since 1) the part had never been fixed 2) We don't use the Sunglass holder and 3) The area near the Sunglass holder was not the area that had the broken clip! On top of all this, we had never been told anything close to this story. Over and over we were told it was covered under the warranty and the part was on order (or they were going to reorder it). Since the part was around $70 to fix, I would have just paid it a year ago if that was their original story. By now, the whole thing felt very fishy and I had the feeling that this was retribution for us complaining to corporate. I explained this to the rep from Toyota corporate and asked if I could have an impartial dealership look at it. She said the other dealership can't see the case notes so they would be impartial on the matter. However, if they concluded that it wasn't covered under warranty I would have to pay the service fee. I was fine with that so I serviced the car at Karl Malone Toyota the following weekend. Within an hour of pulling up to Karl Malone Toyota they had assessed and fixed the issue. They concluded the part was in fact covered under warranty and they had the clip in house so they fixed it. I'm just happy to have this ridiculous issue resolved but I will never go into Brent Brown service center again. If they are willing to do this with a $70 part, I can't imagine what they would do for a $7000 part that's under warranty. Save your time and money and go to another service center.
Useful and friendly staff. A little pushy but they got me everything I wanted to it all worked out. A little bit like sharks circling a school of fish.
Minaj was super professional and very personable. He was patient and an advocate for us getting our first car from here, and it has been such an awesome car and experience! Would totally recommend him to friends and family!
Staff was super to work with. Blake was helpful and willing. Mac set a new bar in customer service. He worked with my wife and I for months helping us. Even after I chose not to use Brent Brown to purchase a new automobile, he contacted us letting us know that he had found the van we were after. He said he would hold it for us if the van from a different dealer fell through. I wanted to buy a car from him but because of the greed of the management in Brent Brown Toyota I would not buy one from them. I will not pay $6,000 over sticker price. I regretted not being able to buy a car from Mac. He is a great asset to Toyota.
The overall service and experience were very good. My only suggestion would be more regular and consistent communication with the customer where a vehicle has been ordered or is being shipped and the handoff process once it arrives.
Very easy to work with and very quick transaction. I felt like Mac was always trying to help me get where we needed to be.

Ismael F. was amazing! My sister and I got to Brent brown about an hour before close and it took a while to find a vehicle she liked but Ismael was very patient and my sister got the vehicle she wanted at the price she wanted.
Austin was the most helpful of all! Amazed how much info he gave us and was willing to find out our questions and even did quite a bit of our paper work. So impressive to have a first pick- up person on the phone who knew what he was talking about. Rylee was also helpful when transferred on to sales. We were disappointed that the finance people tacked three additional packages onto our sale which we were not informed about and we were buying from out of state. It was difficult even discovering what the abbreviations for the packages meant. But when we finally got ahold of Nate he said he would send us a refund for above. Have not gotten it yet but hopeful. Good price and service overall.

Tom was an excellent salesman. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with Nate from the financing department was less than pleasant. Nate was misleading, dishonest and pushy.
