The reason behind this is that when I spoke to Joel, I told him that low tire indicator light was on he said that they would check that.. When I left, I noticed that the indicator light was still there. This leads me to believe the tire pressure was not checked even though my tires were rotated. The light is still on. The tech who performed the work was Steven Espino

I purchased my vehicle and added accessories to be installed upon arrival. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a major accessory was not installed. I was unable to wait to have the items installed that day but agreed to come back a few weeks later for the accessory could be installed. I arrived at the predetermined date and time for the install but was notified they could not find the paperwork outlining the exact item that was to be installed. Eventually we were able to get everything ironed out and the accessory installed.

They will take you money for remote start and they program your key fab and all these key fab come with remote start already and when you pay for one to install in your vehicle they don’t do it because they deactivated the fab before selling you the vehicle just to take your money and when the not working for you because this app that they are using to do it can’t start your vehicle from not even 50 ft then tell you that they can’t give you back your money for something I don’t like when it should be I want my money back for something that is not working for me. People all these new vehicle have remote start already you can activate it with YouTube so tell them no so you can save you $700 Dallas.

Took my Sienna and paid almost $900 to flush fluids, they took 6+ hours, no one took a video to show me the car condition to see what they did and have proof. Before I used to get videos of my inspections while oil change to let me know how's the vehicle). They said I have to bring the other vehicle Corolla to flush fluids and it'll be about the same amount, but I will not recommend this as is too expensive and there's no transparency or professional work done. My car was not even sanitized as I could see greasy fingerprints all over. While waiting, I was nicely treated by a couple of Sales agents (Todd, Lofi)

Everyone is very professional and not pushing upsale. They explain and educate on all options. I way very pleased.
Very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that we had to call and check on if the car had made it there or not and there was no owners manual at all in the car when we went to get it out and look through it. Hopefully they will mail it to us since we live 1 1/2 hrs away.

Dealership tried to assist with my needs with their customer service. Disappointed that the vehicle didn’t come with floor mats and the dealership didn’t accommodate. It seems unreasonable that a car doesn’t come with them just adding more expenses on top of expensive dealership fees.

Waited 4 months longer than promised, they barely communicated. Acted like it was a privilege to be on threir wait list. No choices, acted mad if your questioned anything. I don't think they cared at all if they sold the car. Said they would add a DVD player, put in a cheap old DVD deck. I've felt more welcome at Mcdonalds.
Two hours for an oil change..with an appointment. Not acceptable. Then when I finally got super frustrated they couldn't find my vehicle. my service person had gone to lunch. shouldn't take on new customers if your going to lunch. First visit was 2 hour oil change, vehicle lost for 1 hour (3 hour total) very disappointed.

Wes and Tom were great. As was Nate. I was discouraged about not getting $ credit for all the options on my 2017 Subaru Outback, especially in light of the new marketing markup well over the MSRP. I felt Tom tried hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and a decent trade value for my car. He explained a lot of things very well for me. The experience with Nate was also good. We reviewed lot of papers and he helped with the pricing for me. I just wish e had gone over the sales contract line by line. Looked at it when I got home And realized I should have asked for that. Working on meeting with Nate to do so.

I was told by a man in the warranty office that my car's issue would be covered by the 5 year engine warranty, but it didn't turn out that way. I would not have brought the car to your repair shop in the first place without that assurance. I'm very frustrated.

They have a way-behind-the-times practice of adding a 3% surcharge to credit cards. It feels like a gotcha / bait-and-switch which leaves a bad taste. Also had glitches w blank inspection report emails and did not get the usual initial text message greeting,
Our most recent experience has been awful and is still not resolved. Our car was in shop for one month and then was returned to us dirty with black finger prints all over. We are still waiting for the parts that initially needed to be replaced. I have never witnessed worse communication or service from a dealership. We are still waiting for the parts and have not received any further communication for next steps. This is very disappointing because we have purchased 5 cars previously from Brent Brown.

However one incident made it uncomfortable for several people who witnessed it, including us. An argument broke out between a customer and a service representative. They could have taken it to another room where they could have discussed it in private. But we all has to listen to it.

I appreciated how fast the service was but I did feel a little rushed and unsure of what was happening. I know it was just a routine oil change and tire rotation, but I felt less like a customer and more like a number
Brent Brown has increased their prices to the point it is no longer worth going there for service. Diagnostics fees are ridiculous and the recommended services are excessive and expensive. Competitors recommend waiting 3-6 months or not for some of the services that were recommended to me. I’ve lost trust with Brent Brown to provide honest, needed and competent work.
Good all round service. Service advisor was upfront about pricing. While they weren't able to get em in right away for a simple oil change, he was able to schedule me for the same day. The service was done quicker than the estimated time, which was a nice surprise. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars, is that my driver seat was adjusted way our of my adjustment setting and my steering wheel was greasy and sticky when I got in my truck.
Only needed a new gas cap to solve my problem. So the were honest an solved my problem with little expense.

Sales man Rick was awesome! Title and licensing clerks do not send titles in a timely manner nor do they know how to return phone calls. I'm on my 6th voice-mail in two weeks left with multiple people! Rick had me wanting to do business with them again and their title and licensing department squashed that. I will not be back!

The three guys that I worked with seem very professional in their jobs, and when I bring the car in for service I like dealing with Lani Hedquist.
The salesmen that we worked with were very nice and took everything we wanted into consideration. However when it came time to signing the paperwork, they weren’t clear on the final numbers and tried to be sneaky. Not only that but they gave us a loan through a certain bank but a few days later found out they went through a completely different bank! So in the end our total cost was way more than they told us it was and our loan was through a completely different bank then they told us when signing… very frustrating
